Public Notice: Māori Reservation – 259 Governors Bay Road

The Residential Red Zone Offer Recovery Plan approved by the Minister for Canterbury Earthquake Recovery in July 2015 enables the Chief Executive of CERA, on behalf of the Crown, to make specific Crown offers to owners of residential red zone properties in at Rāpaki in the Banks Peninsula. This includes provision for setting aside the one Crown-owned property at Rāpaki, 259 Governors Bay Road, as a Māori reservation. The hui was publicly notified in The Press.
